Shipping & Delivery Policy
Mesh Wheels Australia
Last Updated: September 2026
At Mesh Wheels Australia, we aim to make ordering wheels and accessories simple, secure and reliable. We deliver Australia-wide using selected freight and courier providers.
Please read this Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing your order.
1. Australia-Wide Shipping
Mesh Wheels Australia ships to customers across Australia, including metropolitan, regional and selected remote locations.
Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as the delivery location, product size, weight, quantity and freight service required.
Additional freight charges may apply to regional, rural or remote areas. If the freight charge calculated at checkout does not accurately cover delivery to your location, our team may contact you before dispatch to discuss the available delivery options.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed as quickly as possible after payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.
Processing times can vary depending on:
Stock availability • Order size • Wheel specifications • Special orders • Custom requirements • Payment clearance • Warehouse location
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
As a general guide, delivery may take approximately:
Metro Areas: 2–7 business days
Regional Areas: 3–10 business days
Remote Areas: 5–14+ business days
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on stock location, courier networks, weather, peak periods and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you require an order urgently, please contact Mesh Wheels Australia before purchasing so we can discuss availability and freight options.
4. Dispatch & Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers may receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after collection by the freight provider.
For orders consisting of multiple wheels, tyres or accessories, your shipment may contain multiple cartons or tracking numbers. Individual packages can occasionally arrive separately.
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
Please carefully check your:
Street address • Suburb • State • Postcode • Business name, where applicable • Contact name • Phone number
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
Additional freight, redirection or re-delivery charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer may be payable by the customer where permitted by law.
6. Authority to Leave
Some courier services may offer Authority to Leave (ATL) where appropriate.
If you authorise a courier to leave your goods without a signature, please ensure the nominated location is safe and suitable for delivery.
Any limitation relating to an ATL delivery is subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery
If nobody is available to accept the delivery, the freight provider may:
- Leave a calling card or notification;
- Take the shipment to a collection facility;
- Attempt delivery again; or
- Contact the customer to arrange re-delivery.
Additional re-delivery or storage charges imposed because the customer was unavailable may be passed on where appropriate and permitted by law.
8. Inspect Your Delivery
We strongly recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives and before fitting or installing the products.
Check that:
The correct products have been supplied • The quantity is correct • Wheel specifications match your order • Packaging has not suffered significant damage • Products do not have visible transit damage
For wheels, please check the size, PCD/stud pattern, offset, finish and other relevant specifications before fitting tyres.
9. Goods Damaged in Transit
If your order appears to have been damaged during transport, please contact Mesh Wheels Australia as soon as reasonably possible.
Where possible, retain all packaging and provide:
Your order/invoice number • Photographs of the packaging • Photographs of the damaged product • Freight label/tracking information • Description of the damage
This information helps us investigate the matter with the freight provider.
Please do not fit, install or use a product that you believe has been damaged during transit until you have contacted us.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Incorrect Products Received
If you believe you have received an incorrect product, please contact us before fitting or using the item.
Please provide your order number and photographs showing the product and relevant labels or specifications.
If an error has been made by Mesh Wheels Australia, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.
11. Wheel & Tyre Fitment
Do not mount tyres until you have confirmed the wheels are correct for your order and vehicle.
Where practical, we recommend conducting a test fit before mounting tyres, particularly for modified vehicles or applications where brake, suspension or guard clearance may vary.
Wheels that have had tyres mounted may not be eligible for a discretionary change-of-mind return.
This does not affect your rights where goods fail to comply with an applicable consumer guarantee.
12. Special Orders & Backorders
Some products may need to be specially ordered, transferred between warehouses, manufactured or sourced from a supplier.
Where applicable, we will provide an estimated lead time.
Lead times for special-order and backordered products are estimates and can be affected by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping lines, customs and other circumstances.
If there is a significant change to an expected delivery timeframe, we will endeavour to communicate this to the customer.
13. Large & Commercial Orders
Orders containing large quantities of wheels, tyres or commercial products may require specialised freight.
Mesh Wheels Australia may contact you to arrange delivery to a business address, commercial premises or freight depot where this provides a safer or more practical delivery method.
14. PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
Due to the size and weight of automotive wheels and related products, many orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or standard parcel lockers.
Please provide a physical residential or business address that can accept freight deliveries.
15. Remote Locations
Deliveries to some remote Australian locations may incur additional freight charges or require collection from the nearest available freight depot.
Where this applies, we will contact you to discuss the available options before proceeding where necessary.
16. Delivery Delays
Although we work with our freight partners to provide timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, natural disasters, courier network disruptions and other transport issues.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our team and we will assist with investigating its status.
Nothing in this policy removes any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law, including where goods are not supplied within an agreed or reasonable time.
17. Lost or Missing Shipments
If tracking indicates an unusual delay or you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact Mesh Wheels Australia.
We will work with the relevant freight provider to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.
18. Change of Mind After Dispatch
If you change your mind after your order has been dispatched, please do not refuse the delivery without first contacting Mesh Wheels Australia.
Approved change-of-mind returns may be subject to return freight, original shipping charges and a restocking fee of up to 30%, as outlined in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
These charges apply to discretionary change-of-mind returns and do not restrict rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
19. Click & Collect
Where Click & Collect or warehouse collection is available, customers will be advised when their order is ready.
Please do not attend the warehouse for collection until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
Identification and/or proof of purchase may be requested at collection.
